John Hunter Homes, LLC, established in 2001 and owner, John Davis who has been in the Housing Industry since 1993 are in the process of transitioning 1 aspect of the business model.  JHH Rental Homes will no longer be renting homes and are remodeling and selling properties as properties become vacant and available for resale.  Each home is carefully inspected and turned over to a remodel team to bring the home to a current standard.  Each home is then listed with a Real Estate Agent and sold.  Please view all homes listed on the “Home” page of this website to see what is currently available or coming soon.  If we don’t currently have what you’re looking for, please check back or call to see what is coming soon.  We have a large portfolio of rental homes and this will take time.
